Am I
required to meet with Sound Masters before the event? back to top
- There are no fees for any meetings or consultations. We would like to meet you, but it is not mandatory in order
to book an event. You will meet with the owner, Nicholas Haggenjos. We are
very personable and want to make sure that you feel comfortable with the
planning of the event in every way. Our experience and customer
satisfaction has been a key to our success.

- Sound Masters has no Office Hours,
you can call whenever for whatever.
Have you
ever played for outside events?

- Yes, we have played for outdoor weddings and receptions.
What type of
dinner music do you play? back to
top
- Some individuals think of dinner music as
possibly Jazz, Piano, i.e. "Smooth and Soft", but there may be some
individuals that prefer various styles of music with/without words and
various tempos. Not too fast not too slow, older and modern. We can
discuss the type of dinner music you would like.

Do you take requests from the guests?

- We have two
alphabetized music lists that are displayed for the guests, one list by
song title and one list by song artist. Any request that is questionable,
the DJ will ask the Bride and Groom or Sponsor for approval. We carry most
of the latest music titles and keep up on the top 100 songs in the country
on a weekly basis. There will always be a large variety of music for your
guests.

- Yes, professional
references are available upon request.
How long
will the DJ play for? What about overtime? back to

- Generally (for example) if the original
time set is 4 hrs, and if you would decide to go over the time stated on
the contract, then we would charge $70 per half hour over the time frame
stated on the contract. The DJ(s) will stay as long as you would like.
What type of attire will the DJ be in? back to top
-This is
your event, the DJ's will dress however you would like us to, no extra
charge. Generally, for weddings and receptions we wear a tux shirt, tie,
black pants, and custom tux vest.

The total amount for services includes all consultations, travel, set up time, tear down time, professinonal sound system with up to 4 speakers, mulitple lighting effects, 2 wirless microphones, and two professional DJs at your event. is included in the rate.
